I bought Sims 3 Supernatural and received the code in my email with these instructions;
You can activate this now via the following method :-
1) Go to https://www.thesims3.com/registeragame.html
2) Login with your usual details if you aren't already logged in.
3) Enter the 20 digit code as supplied above.
4) If you have Origin already installed then login with the same details
you used to login to the website above. If you don't have Origin
installed please download it from
http://static.cdn.ea.com/ebisu/u/f/OriginSetup.exe and install it. Once
installed login with the same details you used at the website above.
5) The game will now be available to download under the "My Games" tab.
This use to work and that's how i use to install it. I recently decided to play again and install Supernatural but all of my expansion packs have gone from "My Games" tab. I tried to put in the code again but of course it says "already in use". I went into my options and ticked "update games" etc which it did but they still aren't showing?
