Hi @Rangerduck
I think in the first phase, you could try a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
If your issue persist is because most of MSI software is keen to their hardware, you would run into some issues.Let's start here by removing/update(you choose) the MSI Gaming App, since it looks like it caused a crash when loading.
After that, restart your machine,go in Origin / My Game Library, right click game icon BF1 and TF2 select Repair and then you can start your game.

Hello @Rangerduck,
Please try repairing the game by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching it again. If it still fails, try clearing your origin cache as described here.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to ask inhere.
