Gameface FIX???

So the majority of the time it shows me a face that I uploaded years ago and when I hit the trash can to delete it it freezes and won't let me do anything an hours after finally getting it to let me start making a new face I get an error message a few times then it goes through and shows me that same old face that I uploaded years ago please fix

I've cleared my cache, I made sure Firefox was updated, I tried Google Chrome, I'm not sure what else I can do. I remember I had a problem like this before in the only way I could get it to work is if the game face was a pop up it's on page but now it's just in the browser and it's not working again
