Game successfully installed but fails to launch

Hi,

I have successfully installed plants vs. zombies the $4.99 game but when i try to "play" it, the hour glass curser will display for a few seconds and then nothing will happen.

This is the same when trying to launch game through origin "my games", from my desktop shortcut and through my PC program files.

Please help

This is happening to me also with The Sims 4. Must be an Origin related issue if this is occurring across many games
