Game not showing in Library

I purchased Dead Space 3 a while back, beat it, and now I'm trying to download it to my computer again, but it is no longer in my Origin My Games list.  I looked for hidden games too.  It still shows in the folder when I go to my computer and look under Origin Games, but not in the launcher.  When I try to just run the game from the quickstart button on my desktop it asks me for my product key, which I no longer have.  Is there anything I can do to recover it?

I don't see Dead Space 3 on this account. Is it possible that you have a second Origin account that the game could be linked to?

I don't think so....but I will check my husband's origin account.  It is possible it was from his.

Let me know after you check, if it is not there you would probably need to contact an Advisor so they can check exactly what is going on.
