Game not showing after laptop reebot

Rebooted my laptop and now sims4 is not showing in origin,only sims3. cant re download with code (as its used) help!

I don't see Sims 4 ever having been linked to the account you used to log in here. Is it possible that you have a second account that the game is linked to?
