Game is no longer showing up in 'My Games' or in order history.

I bought Sims 4 last month and have played it a few times since. I went on to play today and it was not showing in 'My Games', nor is it showing up in my download history. I have tried reloading the games and uninstalling and reinstalling origin however it is still not appearing. Please help!

@Beaniepan Hi,

Are you sure that you are using the same account that you had used initially to register the game? I would suggest trying any other email addresses you might have to see whether the game is registered on that account.
If you are unable to figure out which account it might be, you will need to contact an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as Product, your Platform, "Manage my account" as Topic, select "Find missing game" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.

Sounds like you bought it on a different Origin account. Is it possible you had 2 at one point? Contact a game advisor for assistance: https://help.ea.com . Try to get a live chat option.
