Attached is the screen I get. I would -really- like to know why my Origin is showing up like this and why. No matter what I do or press any of the buttons, nothing shows up. It's just a black screen in the client and none of the buttons do anything. I re-logged in using my e-mail, and that didn't work. I tried re-installing it, and now it just shows a black screen again and I can't click on anything to install it.

Please exit Origin completely then Clear your Origin Cache files.

Run Origin as Administrator and log in using you email address, not your user name.

Your games should appear again, let us know if they do not.
