[GOG] SPORE Collection - Serial Keys Depleted

I bought SPORE Collection on GOG and it has no serial keys. Instead of keys, there is a message saying that "serial keys depleted".

I contacted GOG support and they said that you should provide them with the new keys. It was almost a month ago and there are still no serial keys.

May I know when new serial keys will be delivered to GOG?

Sorry to say but GOG is not an authorized retailer for our products.

You'll need to take this up with them for a refund at this point.

The fact that they are selling Spore doesn't change that, as I said before you'll need to speak with them for a refund.
