Formal Complaint Procedure #2nd attempt

So my last posting was removed unjustly for stating facts.   Lets try this again!

Before I go into the nitty gritty, EA help Twitter will help anyone who needs to get onto the Anthem PTS if it does not appear in your origin library,  It is a FACT that you do not need to have played before the 4th of June, nor is this stated anywhere. 

 

Moving on, how does one make a complaint about the horrendous customer service?

according to said mod who removed my post, left his one which states misinformation, and says I have an ineligible account....     yet I'm on the anthem PTS right now... bought the game 2 weeks ago.... go firgure
