Forgotten security question

hi, at the beginning i want to say i can't speak, learn english so good.

some days ago i want to play the sims 2, but somebody have got password to my account, i can't download that game, coz somebody always log in when i am downloading. i forgotten my password to mail, and my security question. is it possible to reset my security question? thanks and sorry for my english
