Forgot Securty Answer

Hello guys,

is there any way to gain access to your securty answer?

I created the account a long long time ago and don't know anymore what answer I gave on the question.

The next problem is, that I don't have any gamecode anymore, because I bought all key's online..

I hope you guys can help me!

Do you still have access to your email? Then it should be an easy fix, just contact Customer Support directly and they should be able to change the security question for ya! Good luck

@itsDreyter Hey, what @Ienilny said is accurate, if you contact support they will be able to verify your identity and update your security info as needed.
