Hi I’ve recently received a code for the beta and it’s not working

Are you redeeming the code to the account for which it was issued?

I’ve downloaded it and I keep on trying to connect to the servers but it doesn’t seem to connect at all

I have this very same issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Didn’t work. Did the connection issue troubleshooting. Didn’t help. Spoke to your helpdesk who gave me a new code and it came up with an error saying that new code had a ready been used. So I’ve just been told nothing no one can do. Asked to raise a complaint. They said no. 

surely if something doesn’t work then there must be a fix.
