Fifa 16 (PC) - unable to install (from DVD) - very frustrating!!!

hey all.... can you provide me steps on installing fifa 16 based on disc.... i have already downloaded Origin, put the serial key and no i dont want to download the game from origin, thats why i bought the dvd... to simply install the game and not to download the game from Origin...
