Expansion content not showing up in game

I have a ton of Sims 3 expansions, which are installed on my computer, yet Origin is not recognizing it and I cannot gain access to play those expansions. I tried deleting and reinstalling and it didn't work. This is utterly infuriating.

@kennaree Have you installed the expansions through Origin by going into Origin, click on the Sims 3 and then selecting Extra Content.
