Every time I dash / dodge I take damage

Every time I use my jump jets to doge or move I take damage and it will kill me after about three to five times I use it.

did you by any chance happen to put a rare mod on your chest armor when you made it? might want to have a look, because there is one that does exactly that and gives you some damage resistance in return.
