Error message when trying to launch origin

Since the new update for Star Wars Battlefront 2, trying to launch Origin gives me this error message:

"Well, that didn't go as planned

Origin encountered an issue loading this page. Please try reloading it – if that doesn’t work, restart the client or try again later."

It's been about 24 hours now and reloading/restarting Origin/my computer hasn't helped. How do I fix this?

Hey @Samthewise177. 

When you have a chance can you try clearing out your Origin cache to see if that helps at all? If there's anything missing or corrupted in the Origin client that may help.

This same thing is happening to me and I've tried all of that too, and I also tried to find the folder to clear the cache but it isn't showing up and it says that it doesn't exist. Please help. I am on Mac and before this error code I had another issue where it said that I couldn't login and to try again later.
