Error - haven't received the materials of HK47 LEADER abilitiy

I haven't received the materials of HK47 leader ability. I escalated the error several days ago at help.ea.com, they could confirm that there is a problem because my HK47 leader ability is still maxed, but they were not able to solve the problem and return these materials to me.

Case #47807165, Ionut from EA help suggested me to wrote here because he thinks you will be able to help me.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with missing items on AHQ and as such if you are missing an item that you believe you should have then you will need to speak with our live support.

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
