Error: 20:2 For Update

Hi, I've been trying to install the newest Origin update (6/14/2018) for hours now and it'll get a little under halfway done and then give me a 

"Whoops- the installer encountered an error// Please quit and restart the installation. You'll be up and running in no time. Error Code: 20:2"

Only I am not installing Origin, I am installing an update for Origin. It's given me errors before but normally I just restart and it's fine or I just play without the update. I have tried to play without the update but Sims 4 simply opens, and freezes on the launch screen where it says "Sims 4" and while the diamond should be spinning to tell you it's loading, it never goes to the diamond but still plays the music and I can't esc+ctrl+alt my way out.

@aliciabuice Hey there, sorry to see that you are having issues, can you try selecting the box in settings to allow the beta version of Origin to install.

I have the beta version already. It says Beta right next to where it says Offline Mode in blue.
