Error 196630:0

[IIPowerIII]

I was downloading Spore last night, and had to stop the download because the interest shut off at 10PM randomly. When I tried to continue the download in the morning, it gave me the 196630:0 Error. I have reinstalled Origin and I am currently using the most recent Version. How do I go about fixing this problem so that I can download my game?
