Dear EA,

Im having issues with downloading games from origin. I have been searching this site for solutions but I have a MacBook pro and all the solutions are for Windows pc.

So I uninstalled origin a while ago because I needed space on my MacBook, but now I have cleaned it and I wanted to reinstall it again. I went ahead and installed Orgin again (that went perfectly) but when I wanted to download sims 4, Error 196613:0 occured...

Help me Please!

By the way I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall it again for the second time but that didnt help.

@maureenblok Could you please try enabling Safe Mode Downloading in Origin - Application Settings - Diagnostics menu?

 

You could also try resetting Origin: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
