Error 10:0 unable to install origin at all

I am sick and tired of getting error codes, the last one I resolved myself due to no help at all and now I’ve got another one, it’s just a joke! 

I don’t want to uninstall and reinstall as let’s face it this will just keep happening, let’s work on a full fix please guys so myself and other gamers can use the system happily with no more problems & you all wonder why we are so angry well this is why!
