Here is the solution provided by François related to the exact same error:

The post in the beta forum advertised the following workaround:
Download this zip file: www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/dlls.zip
Open the zip file and copy those files to your Windows\System32 folder.
I strongly recommend backing up those dll files on your desktop before proceeding to anything. Let us know if this helps.
Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you that maked games work to me,but i dont know how two games have the same error? And what this files does change in my system to make game work?

Hi,
no actual change is made to the system. These files are there to support the system/games
and they are not limited to one game. It depends on the game if it needs the files.
If the files are missing or are damaged for some reason, they cannot be used/read which results
in an error. By copying the files as mentioned in the post, you restore the files so the game
can use them.

You could try to delete Microsoft Visual C++ from your computer and reinstall them.
The installers can be found in the Microsoft site. There is a version for 2005,2008,2010, 2012 and 2013.
Start with 2005 and work your way up and install both 32 bits and 64 bits.
It seems a lot but all installers are actually very small. When saving the files, rename them so
the year is included in the file name. Microsoft has not done this be default so without renaming
you will overwrite a previously download with the same name or have multiple files without knowing
which is which.

@dsayvkieds Hi,
Did you have any luck with inSmithereen's suggestion or are you still experiencing this error?
Cheers,
