Hello,
I have an issue I need to discuss with support, however my current employment and situation prevents me from making long phone calls. I am also unable to talk to anyone on live chat, it merely opens up a new window saying 404 not found, and then declares the chat closed in the primary screen. Is anyone able to assist me via email with my situation? It will likely result in an application for refund I have to admit.

I have same problem , I cant start new case or resume old one, when I click chat pop ups new page but instantly it writes

I certainly hope this delay doesn't impact on the maximum time before your refund expires.....

No reply..no contact... I messaged one of the "EA_name" people.....nothing back for 4 days now. If only "They've just lost a customer" actually impacted on their pools of money....
