Email associated with Origin Account

Hi guys,
I haven't got a visa card. So, I asked my friend to buy game via Origin by using his visa card. He used his email to sign Origin Account for me and he knew ID and password of email and Origin Account. However, i changed the new ID, Password and email addresss of Origin Account yesterday. Immediately, his email received a notice from EA that I have changed email address. Could he get back the detail of my Origin Account from his email ?

Yes he can. Please note that sharing accounts is against our term of service, please refrain from doing so in the future.

 

If you are worried about his access, you should contact an EA Advisor, so they can help you update your security settings: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Manage my account" as topic and "Manage security settings" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.
