Ea access membership not showing in account

Hi, 

I purchased a years sub to EA Access through Xbox store, 21st of April, i can see my sub is active from within the manage subs section of my Microsoft/xbox account but it doesn’t show within my EA account. So when i am in FIFA and it says get 10% off Fifa 20 with EA access and I click on it, it just takes me to a new purchase page for a sub to EA access that i already have not the pre-Order page for Fifa 20...

Hey @ahopes1805 when it comes to issues such as this there isn't a whole lot that we can do at our end. The best thing to do is to speak with Xbox support as they look after all issues related to account and billing: https://support.xbox.com/en-IE

They will be able to take a look at your account and see what can be done.
