@twiztidkraze420 Have you pre-ordered any EA games for your Playstation? What the message is saying is, if you've already ordered a game that has not yet been released, you should get a partial refund: 10% of the purchase price. (This will appear in your EA wallet for you to use the next time you buy something.) Since you now have EA Access, you get that 10% discount on any game you buy, and it will also apply to any game you have already paid for but has not been released.
If you have pre-ordered games and haven't received the EA wallet funds, you'll need to contact support to ask. If you don't have any pre-orders pending though, there's nothing to refund. I'm not sure whether you need to talk to Playstation support or EA support, but someone will be able to clarify the status of your EA wallet funds.
