ERR_INTERNET_DISCONECTED

Today when I woke up I decided to play sims but when I opened tueco origin app all it says is “ERR_INTERNET_DISCONECTED” and we don’t have any time of WiFi, I have hotspot but it takes me to the boost mobile page, my sister is grounded, and my parents are at work. Anyone knows what I can do?

@MagiChickeNugget  If you connect your computer to your mobile hotspot (you can ignore the website you see), can you then open Origin?  You can put it in offline mode afterwards and then disconnect from the hotspot.
