As you know at the moment, there is a global pandemic and the only support option is live chat. I have emailed EA support for help but they say since my account has been hacked (This is an alt account of mine with no games on it) I can only do live chat, so I go and file a case and it says the wait time is 22 minutes. So as you know after 12 hours of waiting it gets a little bit annoying. I keep filing cases and the wait time is under an hour but they NEVER get back to me. Am I doing something wrong? I just wanna play my games again.

Sorry to hear that, @FrostedWolf6. We need a CM here to take a look at your case. Maybe you need to fill forms differenly.

I see an account recovery specialist emailed you earlier today and it also looks like they resolved your account issue. What did you still need some help with?

It doesn't seem to my knowledge that a specialist emailed me today (I got an email but its seems to be automated and is about a servery) The last message I have received from an actual person was on the 24th of April and they said I must contact via live chat to verify my account, and as I have been having problems with contacting, my issue has not yet been resolved.
