So, I have recently had my apex account banned, not sure why, because I was offline for about 2 or 3 months due to college finals.. I sent an email to EA and they responded (see attachment)..
The only issue that I have personally had with their response is the fact that I have literally never played Fifa...
Not sure what to do from here on honestly, any ideas?

I'm sorry for the confusion caused by the reply from our Terms of Service team. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the information needed to resolve this situation 
I would recommend to contact our ToS team again and ask for further explanation.
