So I somehow am still logged in to EA Answers so I'm thankfully able to post this.
But I was hacked and it's super clear given I've had the same e-mail for years and years and years and the random email to change it to was a random series of letters and numbers and my email is my goddamn PSN name as well.
I submitted my information that makes it pretty clear I'm me but the account recovery was denied.
Help me figure out next steps because it's goddamn impossible to actually get in contact with someone who will actually help.

Anyone? Because I've e-mailed back, I've attempt to find a number to call, I've tried to add stuff to the original ticket but it says it needs to refresh each time.
