EA ignoring people who need Help (mainly with account recovery)

Hey @YugosIavWarlord is it possible to select a callback instead of a live chat? That way you can get on with your day and our team will call you.

@EA_Darko  I prefer live chat more, not very social. But that didn't answer my question, what do I do after I request it? Just stay on the page until something happens or?

Hey @YugosIavWarlord if you set up a chat then you will need to wait to hear back from the team. If you leave the computer and miss the chat then you would need to set up another one.
