EA canceld wrong code.

So heres my problem.

I bought digital download of SIms4. Origin game client could not download, got stuck, tried all possible solutions, origin gameclient crashed at every opportunity. Etc.

So I asked for a refund. Then i went to gamestop and bought a physical disc, installed it and registered it to my account.

EA Refunds my amount and deleted my physical code so now i have no code for either sims.

And ive had bad luck with customer support.

Can anyone help me?
