EA account on x box is linked to wrong email

Okay so I am trying to connect my X Box to the right EA account. However it appears my X Box is connected to some email I've never heard of. Dont know the login. It wont let me change the email on the actual X Box. 

It's an ea.com email too so I have no clue how to access this. Help!! This is such a convoluted mess.

The best option would be to reach out to our Game Advisors with EA Help and they can take a look as to the situation, especially if it had been a while since you accessed EA games with that account.
