EA Origin Sims 3 MAC

On this page it says I can download Sims 3 for Mac if I sign up for EA Origin.

When I go to add the game to 'My Games' it's only listed for Windows/PC download. IT WAS ADVERTISED THAT I WOULD GET TO PLAY THIS ON MAC IF I SIGNED UP FOR ORIGIN. I wasted $5 to sign up for EA Origin and I can't even download the game.

Origin Access is only available for PCs on the Windows operating system currently. I can see how that can be misinterpreted when looking at it from the store page, apologies for the hassle.

Please get in touch with an EA Advisor, so that they can provide you with a refund: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Note: Once on the support site, click on the flag in the top left corner and select your country.

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Orders" as topic and "Request refund" and describe your issue to see all available contact options.
