to day we saw that
EA *ORIGIN.COM HELP.EA.COM CH company charged 6 times 138 TRY money to our credit card. total ( 285 - 290 USD )
please charge it back.. Please check your account .. we did not use your system and we id not buy any think
last 7 units of the atached file is not our buying. please pay it back

Hi,
I also have that problem accept for the fact that I am the person trying to Get the Origin Access, however when i went onto chrome and did the whole thing it accepts my debit card but when i want to do payment it says that the order is cancelled and i must try again later and still charges me a rand for every time i tried. Please Help

And yesterday I had the same problem, EA * ORIGIN.COM HELP.EA.COM CH took my money from the bank account, and I know that I did not buy your products, so please investigate this action and give me back my money. Thank you

I also got the same problem. I lost 800 in one day even though my purchases were all failed. And the funny thing is, I only clicked thrice but EA charged me seven times.

@Ztrzl_ When you make a purchase on a card, the bank will hold the amount as part of an authorization hold, this is a practice in which the banks holds the full amount due rendering this balance unavailable to you till the order is completed or it falls off and is returned to you. If you click multiple times when ordering you may end up with multiple transactions holds but the money should be returned to you.
