EA Live Chat Problem

I could some live chat for my some problems and questions about games and Origin. But I can not open a live chat anymore. I have controlled my account about settings of communications of help but I couldn't any option for unlocking or selecting about it. When I want to receive help with live chat, there is only "call me" button, live chat button and live chat information is missing. I can not connect via phone, I just can live chat. Plus, I opened some case approximately 2-3 days ago with live chat. Even I have some case which "in progress". But I could not connect with live chat.

Without live chat, I can not receive help anymore. Could you help me please?

I want to notice you that Live Chat option is not available for some topics. Have you tried another browser or clear cache of browser?
