EA Live Chat Broken?

EA's eternal order processing is the last straw for me. I have over 250 games on Steam and never once had a 24+ hour "processing" hold. I've bought games on GOG, GreenManGaming, etc and they also process immediately. EA has my money, it's gone from my account, buy they feel the need to "process" my order of a game that's been out for a couple years. Another EA success story. No wonder it's vilified. I'll refund my order and buy from a competitor. I hate EA so much now.
