EA Help, what the heck?

Hello,

I have been trying to get my lost game back. I have sent the information EA Help has asked and waited them to start fixing the problem. Nothing works! No one does anything. Same questions are asked by many different helpers, same phrases repeat like bots at work. What the heck is going on?

@EA_Cade But why the same questions are asked over and over again? Shouldn't it be that when I have given up all the information asked, it is enough? I am getting so frustrated with this.
