EA Help Keeps saying No channels are available

I tried to get a live chat with ea support team, but every single time i tried to chat with them page shows no channels are available EVEN IN WORKING HOURS.

How can I fix that?

Hi @I-Implexrough-I. 

There might be some cached data in your web browser that's preventing the EA Help website from letting you set up a chat. When you have a chance try clearing out your browser data to see if that helps at all. 

If you have the option you can also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook as well. The team who works on those channels can help out with a lot of different issues.

Something weird just happened to me. I can make a chat when i selected origin. But, when i choose BF1 or bf4 in chatting option, it says no channels are available. Why does it happen??

It might be something to do with the way the cases are routed, but I don't have any visibility into that I'm afraid. I'd say that if you're able to get a case set up by choosing Origin as the product go ahead and give it a shot.
