EA Email not functioning properly

Hi EA it seems this is the only way to contact your support which is highly insufficient I would like to add. My account is not working properly whenever I try to download a game from game pass. It request that I enter a verification code which never appears in my properly working email and when I try to switch from my current email to my secondary it also is saying i have tried to many times on my first attempt. Please fix it's really annoying and preventing me from downloading any EA games which I love to play.
