I noticed couple of weeks the following regarding the EA Answers website.
Perhaps development / Content manager / Hosting provider can have a look.
It is just feedback - Always learned providing feedback is valuable for community's. Don't take it as complaint please.
- When reporting bugs (in this case Battlefield V section) often the submit button is not responding. - All required fields have been filled , files added as attachment (resized so allowed) But just nothing happening.
Opening new tab - or browser . copy paste all and the same. Then suddenly after switching between preview and submit it is working.
- Wanted to edit post and insert an image in text. Pressed submit , back to topic but nothing saved.
- Noticed Cloudfare messages site not reachable couple of times - different providers , browsers, Phone, PC, home, work etc.
- Inserting an 1.70 MB picture provides the loading time like we had in the days of a 56k modem. (To show on page after uploading)
Also noticing duplicate topics caused by this
- From user experience people post often about the same issues. Perhaps search engine can be made more visible or improved searching . Myself also not having great experience with it when looking if a bug is already reported.

@flyinghorse101Yup and their webform for all their support tickets/cases doesn't work either.
They just let innocent support staff handle all the complaints forever.
No solutions.

They don't care. Their staff does, but they're helpless, because only The Holy Web Form Can Solve It.
