EA Advisor wont call me

I've requested to for an EA Advisor to call me like 3 freaking times and I'm started to get aggrevated that they wont call me. All i want to do is remember my security question or delete it, I've been trying and looking oevr the internet since last week to find out how and contacting them is the only way. I need my password to access the fifa companion app.

Is your phone number from a location they can call? (USA, Canada, UK.)

If you are in the USA, yesterday was Sunday, so, not very many people were working and, today is a Holiday (Columbus Day) so, there may be fewer people working today and, it might take a bit longer for them to get to your call.

Just be patient, or try live chat.
