I’m in the process of requesting 2 refunds. Two separate EA advisors have got in touch via email, however both their emails have ‘no reply’ in them.
They’re asking me to respond but I’m not sure my email will go through. I cannot find any other way to respond to the emails on my EA or Origin accounts.
is this normal?
