Man, hackers are logging into my account so easily, changing my email address, passwords, but I, the owner of the account can't log in, can't change my password, and EA doesn't send any code verification via email.
I've talked with hundreds of different customer services, but EA is the worst so far, a friend of mine had a similar problem, EA said: "we'll fix your problem in a few days", 6 months later nothing happened, my friend got tired trying to get his account back so he won't talk again with EA customer service. Horrible experience.

If you are unable to log into your account and not getting verification codes or other emails from us then the best thing to do is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to load up your account, take a look and advise you further.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:
Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
