Hello, I have been waiting for ages now for a response to my unlogical suspension of my account, it keeps getting updated every few hours but I have had no response or update personally of what is happening to the case I was wondering if there would be any chance that you guys on forums would be able to know when my case will be resolved as I have been waiting for at least 13/14 days now and the usual time to respond to a case is 72 hours

That’s fine but I have already got a case to do with it opened so I ain’t going to open another case, I want to know when I should here back should it be very soon considering this is like over two weeks I have waited with constantly updating case and no further contact
