I bought the secret world from origin and it doesn't seem to be downloading.

The Secret World, when you launch it through the Origin client, will actually launch a secondary launcher specific to The Secret World. This is where all of the game files will download and allow you to play. Once that's completed, you can launch the game from Origin each successive time.
