My old email wasn't working so I contacted EA help to change it into a new one. But today I got the old email working and I don't need to change into a new email anymore. Do I need to call them to cancel my case? Also after I got my email working I tried to get the verification code but I never got any emails from EA.

If anyone has this problem in the future:
For some reason EA takes too long send out the verification code to either by text or e-mail. This only works if you have the 2-step verification when you want to sign into your EA/Origin account. EA gives you a set of codes that you can use to log in without trying to wait for that verification code e-mail. If you can login into the EA website, go to your settings, then security. Under login verification you will see a "backup codes," then just click view. Pick one, copy/paste and you are able to log in without waiting forever for that e-mail. I hope this helps someone.
