Did not receive giveaway reward from stream on Sunday The 26th for Madden20 ?

Did not receive my reward for Sunday the 26th Madden20 Twitch Stream'. Tried reaching out to channel but no response. I've never had a problem before what do i do ?

Hey @MoNSTeR__PHaNeS. 

When you have a chance can you post a thread over at the official Madden forums about the giveaway that you won? That way the Community folks over there can take a look. 

In your thread be sure to include a video that shows you won the giveaway, and post a timestamp so they can find the announcement.
