As for resetting your security question, you do need to Contact An Advisor.
Use the flag at the top to select your country.
Provide the requested information.
Choose a contact method.

Available contact option vary by location and, time of day.

Giving an option to remove them would take away the purpose of them being there in the first place; anyone could just make changes to your account or bypass your security settings.

Please reach out to an EA Advisor as detailed in this thread to have your security settings reset. Do note that it is important that next time you will choose an answer that you will remember.
